Role Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Land Surveyor to join our team for a significant construction project in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in providing accurate surveying and measurement data to support various infrastructure, roads, and landscaping projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 Conduct detailed land surveys to establish reference points, boundaries, and contours for construction.
 Manage surveying activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
 Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology for data collection and analysis.
 Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and drawings.
 Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams for project planning and design.
 Verify accuracy of completed work and ensure adherence to standards.
 Train and mentor junior surveying staff.
 Address survey related inquiries with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
 Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
 Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of accuracy and precision.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying for road infrastructure projects.
 Proficiency with surveying equipment like total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
 Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, methodologies, and principles.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
 Familiarity with software applications such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
 Professional licensure or certification as a Land Surveyor is preferred.
 Recent experience working in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.
