When you open SOKIA TOTAL STATION on the main screen how can identify that this is the main screen has details if you see these options it means this is the main screen

F1 for MEASURE, This option measure is used for observation like by pressing F1 total station will read and show you results like horizontal distance, vertical distance, slope distance, and sometimes coordinate easting northing and elevation depending on your screen interface. F2 for MEDIA, this option is used for data purposes F3 for MEM This option means memory is used for the job so when you press F3 for job details you will get another interface with the following option below

keep highlight job and press the enter key from your keypad you will get more option
job selection job name edit job delete COMMS output COMMS set up
F4 CNFG This option is used for settings like prism, observation, and laser control
JOB SELECTION:
by entering job selection you will get all your jobs made in your total station and you can select accordingly by pressing the side cursor left and right you can watch the video. also press the cursor below and select the same job name in the "coordinate search job" then press enter to finish your process. This is the process to select or change your job.
JOB NAME EDITE:
by entering the Job name Edit you can change Name of the job which you have selected.
JOB DELETE:
By entering job delete you can delete any job except showing "*" star symbol. if you want to delete a job that shows a star symbol you need to copy that job to a USB. then you can delete that one.
Press the escape key from your keypad so your screen will change to the 2nd page here are two pages you can change by escape key.

Select the desired job, and if needed, press the cursor below to locate the same job name in the "coordinate search job." Press enter to confirm your selection. To edit a job name: Access "JOB NAME EDIT" and modify the selected job's name. To delete a job: Enter "JOB DELETE" and choose the job you wish to delete, except those marked with a "*". Jobs with a star symbol must be copied to a USB drive before deletion. Press the escape key to switch to the second page, and continue navigating using the escape key as needed.
